Service Description

I have worked in various healthcare settings since 1998. * Legal Nurse Consultant Certificate-I obtained my Certificate of Completion at a local community college over 10 years ago. With successful completion of on-site legal courses I've been compiling, analyzing and summarizing medical records for over 10 years. I have frequent contact with multiple software programs and work with an interdisciplinary staff. * Medical Chart Audits-I have participated in peer audits since 1999. Regular peer chart audits encourage policy compliance. I've worked with leadership to navigate with continued errors and developed an interdepartmental question answer document to assist with peer audits. *Case Manager-I've been a Certified Case Manager since 2010. I work directly with patients to make sure they have the services they need and promote independence in navigating healthcare. *I have participated in Advisory Board meeting for Managed Care Markets.
